Our Story

Born from passion.
Built by players.

In August 2016, Magdalena Wielec created a small tennis league for 10 friends in Warsaw. Within months, that group became a vibrant society of 100+ players. Today, Tennis Stars League connects over 700 active members who share the same energy, passion, and love for the sport — growing toward a Masovia-wide network.

A lifelong tennis enthusiast who picked up a racket 18 years ago and never put it down. Certified instructor since April 2016 (PAKiS — Polish Academy of Culture and Sport). Her dream of building Warsaw's largest recreational tennis community became reality and keeps growing every season.

Competitive Groups

Identify your level.

Singles League - four competitive groups based on NTRP levels. Superpro (NTRP 5.5–6.0), PRO (NTRP 4.5–5.0), Advanced (NTRP 4.0), Basic (NTRP 2.5–3.5). Points awarded for wins and participation.

Mixed Doubles League (NTRP 3.5–6.0) — 200+ players. You can find doubles partners through our Facebook group or sign up with your favorite partners for mixed doubles and doubles matches. Each player collects points individually, and every match can be played with a different partner.

The only exception is the season-ending Masters Tournament, which is played in fixed pairs drawn among the players with the highest number of points.

How does the scoring system work?

Fair Play rules: no coaching during matches, players self-referee, every 15 min. late = 1 game penalty.

How do I qualify for Masters?

Play as many matches as you can until 15.03.2027 (at least 10 matches are required) and win as many as possible!
Collect points for Masters qualifications until 15.03.2027 (11:59 PM).

Singles qualification spots:
  • Top 16 from SuperPRO
  • Top 16 women from PRO/A/B
  • Top 32 men from PRO/A/B
Mixed-doubles qualification spots:
  • 32 women
  • 32 men
Masters starts 16.03.2027 with the group phase (4-player or 4-team groups). Top 2 from each group advance to the play-off phase.
Masters Finals with live audience, trophies, prizes & celebrations — 22.05.2027.

How does Mixed/Doubles League work?

Required NTRP level: minimum 3.5. No fixed partner is required — players can compete in different doubles and mixed doubles teams by finding partners through our dedicated Facebook group and Messenger chat. Each participant collects points individually until March 15, 2027.

The Season XXII Masters Tournament will be played in fixed mixed-doubles teams drawn on March 16, 2027 among the players with the highest number of points who qualify for the Masters (32 women and 32 men, forming 32 mixed-doubles teams).

In the upcoming XXIII season, the Masters Tournament will feature doubles, alternating each season between mixed-doubles and doubles.

How can I recommend TSL to my friends?

Send friends the link to the website and ask them to fill in the application form. For every successful referral you'll receive a 50 PLN bonus — either as a discount on your membership fee or as a transfer to your bank account.

How long do we book the court for a match & who brings the balls?

Courts are booked for 2 hours. If the score is tied 1–1 in sets, a super tie-break is played to finish within the scheduled time. Matches are played with new or once-used balls — each player is encouraged to bring at least one can of balls to every match.

What happens if a player does not show up for the match or cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled match time?

A player who does not show up on court (regardless of the reason) or cancels a match less than 24 hours before the scheduled match time receives a walkover loss and covers the full cost of the 2-hour court reservation — unless a replacement player is found.

Where do I enter match results?

Go to www.kluby.org → RANKINGI / WARSZAWA tab → select TENNIS STARS LEAGUE and your skill level: BASIC (B), ADVANCED (A), PRO, SUPERPRO, MIXED/DOUBLES.

Issue the tennis challenge before the match and submit the result after finishing the match.
